Congratulations
A massive congratulations on finishing your degree. This is a fantastic achievement. You’re at the beginning of an amazing and fulfilling journey ahead. We are excited to announce that applications for our highly competitive grad program are open. We can't wait for another graduate to join our team in 2026.
Who are we?
Quite simply, we are passionate about helping people and making a positive change in people’s lives. Our core purpose is to help people stay “happy, healthy & independent” and this includes our team, the wider community and of course, the people we treat. We are passionate about creating a great team culture and our goal is to be listed as one of Australia's best places to work, which we are on track for with consistent scores of over 90% on our workplace well-being questionnaire.
Graduate program:
We understand that graduating can be an exciting yet nervous time as you transition from Uni to being a fully-fledged OT. To help with this, we developed a “0 to 100” grad program that guides and supports you through your first 100 days as an OT and beyond.
So what is the ‘0 to 100’ program?
“0 to 100” program - You’ll see exactly what you need to do in your first 100 days, and together, we will tick every action point on the checklist to help you get off to the best and most supported start to your career.
20 clinical jump shots - 20 masterclasses, workshops and Mock assessments that cover all the major & minor things that we believe will make you a great OT.
A focus on learning over burnout, with light caseloads with time for notes, reflections and mentoring.
Buddy program Enjoy having a buddy from our 2025 Graduate Program for guidance and support!
2026 Grad Cohort: Begin your career with 1–2 fellow OT grads by your side. Share the journey, celebrate wins together, and build friendships that last well beyond your grad year. The encouragement, support, and fun of learning with peers makes all the difference.
Weekly ‘face to face’ support and mentoring from senior OTs, team leaders and colleagues covering clinical questions, case reviews, clinical reasoning, and practical tips.
Weekly ‘well-being’ catch-ups with a dedicated team leader invested in your growth as an OT and as a person.
Group OT professional development, mentoring and catch-ups.
PDs from specialist OT’s leading in their field, such as home mods, mental health, functional capacity assessments & ASD.
PD allowance: $1,500.00
Build your career - We create exciting career and leadership pathways, and our promise is to help you build a rewarding career that nurtures professional and personal growth.
Other perks of community OT with MMP:
Work-life balance – no work on public holidays, weekends, evenings or rotations.
Day off on your birthday, including a $200 charity donation on our behalf to a charity of your choosing.
Social events – Catch ups every 6-8 weeks & a mid and end of year party on work time.
Focus on learning & support
Flexibility to work from home or the office (based in the Northern Suburbs)
Excellent remuneration and salary progressions.
A great workplace culture where we celebrate the wins and support one another along the way.
