Curious about what a typical day looks like

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across multiple areas, amenities, and the various properties located across Sydney, (Parramatta, Kenthurst, Bradfiled, Central Coast) —including basic carpentry, painting, plastering, and basic plumbing and other trade needs.

• Assemble furniture, install fixtures, and undertake minor renovation projects as needed

• General groundskeeping, including weeding, cleaning and pressure washing etc.

• Perform routine inspections of the premises and equipment to identify and address issues proactively

• Provide support to project managers with maintenance-related tasks

• Coordinate and communicate with external contractors to ensure timely and quality service

• Maintain accurate records by completing weekly maintenance reports and updating the maintenance register

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repairs to minimise disruption

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and governing body regulations

Who we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or handyman role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hands-on work

• Problem-solving skills

• Reliable team player who can think on their feet

• Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. including lifting up to 20kg

• Current driver licence

• Own a set of basic tools (preferred)

• Knowledge in carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, small concrete works, cabinet fixing, furniture assembly, shed build, flooring, painting, and other small maintenance trades

• Own vehicle preferred.
