Akuru is transforming the healthcare industry through cutting-edge AI technology. Our flagship product, i-scribe, is Australia’s leading AI transcription tool, helping healthcare professionals save time and improve patient care. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for motivated and high-performing individuals to join our team and drive growth by introducing i-scribe and future Akuru products to medical practices across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation, in a dynamic and agile environment that offers substantial earning potential and long-term career pathways.

Job Overview

Own clinician relationships end-to-end: drive renewals & adoption and deliver gold-standard support.

You’ll manage a portfolio of clinics and health groups, leading onboarding, adoption, renewals, and light expansions, while owning the support queue.

You’ll also own CRM management (HubSpot) to keep forecasts accurate and next steps crisp. Some client-side work (on-site visits) may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Own renewals and light expansions (seats/add-ons); multi-thread stakeholders (practice managers, clinical leads, IT).
  • Support & Enablement: Primary contact via email/chat/phone; triage and resolve issues; coordinate with IT Support & Prompt Engineering; keep the knowledge base articles current.
  • CRM Ownership (HubSpot or similar): Admin-level stewardship of pipelines, lifecycle stages, required fields, sequences/automations, alerts; enforce data hygiene (dedupe, notes standards, fresh next steps).
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain renewal/expansion forecasts with risk plans; present updates in pipeline reviews.
  • Client-side Work: Conduct occasional on-site discovery, training, or clinician check-ins at clinics/health groups (as needed).
  • Voice of the Customer: Synthesise feedback; file clear product tickets with quantified impact.

We’re looking for a candidate who is:

  • Strong on renewals: adoption, and light expansion across a clinic portfolio.
  • Excellent communicator: concise writing, confident calls/QBRs.
  • CRM-savvy (HubSpot or similar): pipelines, automations, dashboards, data hygiene.
  • Analytical: reads usage, forecasts accurately, documents risks/next steps.
  • Operational: defines SLAs/playbooks, improves processes, closes the loop.
  • Calm triager: partners with IT/engineering to resolve issues quickly.
  • Privacy-minded: understands and follows best practices of data management.
  • Sydney-based: available during core AEST/AEDT hours, and flexible for occasional on-site client work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Account Management/Customer Success and frontline support for a SaaS product
  • CRM admin/config experience (ideally HubSpot)
  • Proven renewals & stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written & verbal comms; strong triage and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows; handles data per Australian Privacy Principles
  • Valid AU full driver’s licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • HubSpot admin-level skills (custom fields, pipelines, workflows, sequences, reporting).
  • Comfortable running executive/clinician check-ins (quarterly reviews) and writing success plans.
  • Data chops: build dashboards, interpret product usage.
  • Process mindset: design playbooks/SLAs, automate repetitive tasks, improve deflection.
  • Knowledge of Australian Privacy Principles; familiarity with ISO 27001/SOC 2 concepts.
  • Prior field/on-site training or account visits

What We Offer:

- A dynamic, supportive work environment within a fast-growing company.
