About the role

Central coast smash' is seeking a talented and hardworking Car Washer/Detailer to join our team in Gosford, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality car washing and detailing services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly washing, drying, and cleaning the exterior of customer vehicles using appropriate cleaning products and techniques

Vacuuming, wiping down, and polishing the interior of vehicles to a spotless finish

Inspecting vehicles to identify any issues or areas that require additional attention

Ensuring all cleaning equipment and tools are well-maintained and stored properly

Marking off parts and placing them in their designated area. This requires attention to detail and making sure part numbers are correct

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a car washing or detailing role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time

Familiarity with various car cleaning products and techniques

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
