What you’ll be doing

We are looking for enthusiastic and service focused individuals with the ability to support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Our Vehicle Detailers are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our fleets, working with our Rental Service Agents to ensure a smooth end to end service experience is achieved for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning, vacuuming and deodorising vehicle interiors;

Buffing, hosing and waxing vehicle exteriors;

Moving and parking vehicles, which may include moving vehicles between branches;

Maintaining cleaning supply inventory and reordering when required;

Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including vehicle operational checks, reporting damages or issues and vehicle detailing;

Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives

Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members. Your previous experience in the detailing and cleaning industry will see you delivery high quality detailing outcomes to ensure our customers have a stress-free car rental experience.

Proactive and willingness to work as part of team to get the job done.

Flexible, must be available for shift and weekend work and from time-to-time be able to travel between branches.

Clean drivers license (MR preferred)
