Area Manager - Canberra based role

The successful applicant will be responsible for up to 7 stores, ensuring the teams are mentored & coached in all areas of sales, styling and service, while developing the store management teams in business analytics, performance management and most importantly in achieving sales & KPIs. This business and role is incredibly focused on weekly results, and as the Area Manager you and your management teams are incentivised accordingly....

Ideally, you will have an extensive background in apparel and multi-site roles, and you will thrive in a high performance structure where you will be held accountable for all facets of fashion retail KPI's and expectations... Additional to this you will have...:

• Current or previous multi-site experience in consultative retail sales environment is essential
• Thrive on developing your people to achieve strong results
• Passion and hunger to exceed budgets & KPI's
• A flare for VM to capitalise on locations / seasonal trends
• Incredible operational and time management capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Engaging and collaborative leadership style to influence, excite & support your stores...
