Test Analyst – 6-Month Contract | Telco Client | Melbourne

We’re seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a major Telecommunications client on an initial 6-month contract based in Melbourne.

This role will focus on Contact Centre systems testing, so prior hands-on experience in testing IVR, telephony, CRM integrations, or customer service platforms is essential.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute test cases for Contact Centre technology solutions
• Perform system, integration, and UAT testing across voice, chat, and digital channels
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end quality
• Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution
• Support test environment setup and test data preparation

✅ Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Tester within Contact Centre and/or Telecommunications environments (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of call flows, IVR, and telephony integrations
• Exposure to CRM, billing, or customer service systems
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, HP ALM)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
