⭐About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

Oversee daily operations, compliance, staffing, and service quality

Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS

Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community

Drive continuous improvement through critical reflection and collaboration

Ensure all practices align with ACECQA standards and Busy Bees policies

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive team culture

⭐What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Centre leadership experience in an Early Learning setting

Current WWCC (Blue card) and valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training and Food Safety Supervisor training certificate

Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

A passion for leading services that make a meaningful impact
