We are now seeking an experienced and inspiring Educational Leader to join our leadership team and guide our educators in delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences.

About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping our curriculum, mentoring educators, and driving continuous improvement across the centre. You’ll be a trusted leader who inspires reflective practice and supports the team to deliver excellence in early education.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading curriculum development in line with the EYLF V2.0 and NQS.

Mentoring and supporting educators to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, child-centred programs.

Fostering a culture of professional collaboration, critical reflection, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Centre Director and Management Team to ensure high-quality practice and compliance.

Building positive partnerships with families and promoting inclusion and diversity.

Staying current with industry research and inspiring innovation in learning environments.

What We’re Looking For

You are a passionate educator who leads with heart, inspires with purpose, and thrives on empowering others to be their best.

Essential Criteria:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).

Proven experience in an Educational Leader or senior educator role.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework, and Exceeding NQS practices.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.

A reflective and collaborative approach to leadership and professional practice.
