The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning.

This role may suitable for entry-level or graduate candidates who are ready to begin their career in early childhood education. Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Learning is required.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

We’re looking for someone with:

Growth mindset & love of learning

Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications (Diploma or equivalent)

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and QKLG

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Diploma in Early Learning or Working Towards Qualification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creativity, fun, and willingness to think outside the box

Familiarity with digital learning tools (e.g., Kinder M8)

Passion for sustainable practices
