What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based learning programs tailored to your chosen age group for children.

Nurture children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through responsive, individualised care.

Champion child safety by ensuring the voice of every child is heard and respected.

Comply with National Law, Regulations, Child Safe Standards, and Quality Standards while actively modelling best practice.

Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation.

Collaborate with families, colleagues, and the wider community to create inclusive, respectful partnerships.

Actively participate in paid professional development and mandatory child safety training to enhance your skills and practice.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

Commitment to child safety and the wellbeing of every child.

Enthusiasm for creating enriching learning environments that celebrate each child’s individuality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standards.

Understanding of the National Law and Regulations.

Current Working With Children Check.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic childcare environment.
