About the Company.

This company is highly respected and well known in the Australian construction industry, operating across Australia and delivering highly specialised commercial projects, this builder is looking to onboard a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their high functioning team in Canberra. This vacancy has come as a result of this company securing multiple commercial fitout projects valued between $5M - $15M.

About the Position.

As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to your Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver your initial project in the commercial sector, right from the design stages through to completion. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

Duties.

• Manage project design and service coordination
• Oversee procurement, programming, and cost control
• Administer variations and contractual obligations
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience.

• Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects
• Demonstrated career stability with previous employers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
