This vacancy has come as a result of this company securing a landmark Defence project valued at $80m+.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to your Project Manager. The intention is for this Senior CA to lead a team of Contracts Administrators and Cadets. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver your initial project in the Defence sector, right from the design stages through to completion. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

• Variations
• Procurement
• Programming
• Cost control
• Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable.
• Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar.
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
