Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the digital print, signage, and graphics space. They are looking for an Application & Training Specialist to take full ownership of their national technical education program. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will directly build customer capability and drive best practices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver high-quality training programs, provide technical support, and help customers get the very best from their products and solutions. You’ll play a key role in building customer capability, promoting best practice, and driving product adoption.

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and certifications.
• Provide hands-on application training across digital print, window and wall graphics, architectural finishes, and rigid substrates.
• Host training seminars, webinars, and customer-specific programs nationwide.
• Offer technical advice and best practice installation techniques to customers.
• Support key projects with in-field technical expertise when required.
• Contribute to the growth and innovation of their training offering.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is both technically skilled and a confident trainer. You’ll be comfortable working with customers in a hands-on environment, and you’ll bring:

• Must have experience in this space. (Essential industry experience)
• Strong experience in wide format digital printing and RIP/workflow software.
• Practical knowledge of signage and graphic material applications.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and training skills.
• The ability to travel frequently across Australia.
• A trade qualification or relevant industry certifications (highly regarded).
• Self-motivation, organisation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
