The Pest Control Technician is responsible for carrying out pest management services safely, effectively, and professionally across residential, commercial, and construction environments.
The role requires a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction while representing Amazon Pest Exterminators’ values of reliability, honesty, and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pest, rodent, and termite control treatments in accordance with company and industry standards.

Conduct detailed inspections, identify pest activity, and determine the most suitable treatment methods.

Install, maintain, and monitor bait stations and other pest management systems.

Complete accurate service reports, inspection notes, and treatment records.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing recommendations and advice.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols.

Support other technicians and team members as required.

Skills & Requirements:

Current Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain – training provided)

Current Manual Driver’s License (or in progress)

Strong communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments (roofs, subfloors, outdoors)
