Experience / qualifications requirements:

Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery desired but not essential

Recent experience in a high turnover café or similar environment

Experience following and upholding policies and procedures

Effective and confident communications skills

Minimum 2 recent references

Open to apprenticeship candidates

Must have the right to work in Australia

Current Food Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
