About the role

As a Field Service Heavy Diesel Mechanic at OEMX DIESEL', you will be responsible for providing expert mechanical maintenance and repair services to our mining and construction customers across Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy diesel equipment, Including Excavators, Drills, Ancillary and haul trucks along with other mining and construction machinery

Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections and services to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability

Liaise with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide timely, high-quality solutions

Maintain detailed records of all work completing service reports

Collaborate with the wider OEMX DIESEL' team to share knowledge and identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar field service role

Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy diesel equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work flexible hours as required

Current driver's licence and ability to obtain the necessary clearances to work on mine sites
