Demonstrate knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, the ACQSC, and (where applicable) NDIS Codes of Conduct and Practice Standards (preferred).
Have strong clinical assessment skills, particularly in mobility, range of movement, and pain management.
Be confident in developing, implementing, and reviewing individualised Therapy and Mobility Care Plans.
Possess experience in designing and overseeing physiotherapy programs, including group, individual, spa, and gym-based activities.
Be capable of supervising, mentoring, and coordinating Physiotherapy Assistants while fostering teamwork with nursing and care staff.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
