Joining our Front Office team, you'll become the heartbeat of the hotel overnight — ensuring the comfort, safety and satisfaction of every guest while the city sleeps. You'll be responsible for night audit procedures, guest service, and keeping operations running smoothly until the morning light.

Now more than ever, attention to detail and calm confidence under pressure are key. As a Night Auditor, you'll combine operational excellence with genuine care, creating memorable guest experiences around the clock.

Do you have:

A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently

Full availability for overnight shifts (typically 11:00pm–7:00am)

A passion for customer service and problem-solving

Strong computer skills (Opera PMS experience highly valued)

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel for financial reporting (Opera PMS experience highly valued)

Experience with financial reconciliation or Night Audit procedures (1+ year preferred)

Experience with financial reconciliation, Night Audit procedures, or Front Office operations (1+ year preferred)

Current RSA certification (First Aid preferred)

Valid and unrestricted working rights in Australia
