About the role

We’re on the hunt for a hardworking, hands-on Lead Glazier who knows their way around a window, doesn’t cut corners, and brings a top-notch attitude to the job every day. Based in Wacol, this is a full-time role with plenty of variety, solid support, and the chance to take ownership of your work.

What you'll be doing

Measuring and installation of all things glazing- for example- Windows, Doors, Shower Screens, Pool Fences, Balustrades (not limited to)

Assist with fabrication and assembly of aluminum frames and glass panels

Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any issues that arise during the installation process

Managing your day through ServiceM8.

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations to protect the team and the public

What we're looking for

Trade-qualified Glazier with a 'can do' attitude

3+ years’ experience in residential & industrial glass and aluminum installation

Confident in on-site measuring, glass cutting, and installations with sound knowledge of glass types, installation techniques, and industry best practices

Manual driver’s license

Police check or willingness to obtain

Experience with ServiceM8 is a bonus

Prompt problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle any installation challenges

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

We are looking for a Lead Glazier to build a team under; strong leadership skills are ideal.
