We are looking for a versatile Administration Officer - Multimedia to join our Communications team. Based in our beautiful Brisbane CBD office, the role would suit a multimedia graduate or an applicant with proven general multimedia skills. The role will include a substantial amount of video editing (working within existing templates and having the ability to source and modify new ones), as well as graphic design (for digital and print), as well as other media-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro on PC)
- Graphic design experience (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform reliably under pressure, meeting deadlines consistently
- Strong written and oral communication, tailored to diverse audiences
- Have intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite and database knowledge.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Video production experience would be ideal
- Have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.
- Self-motivated, driven and energised in a fast-paced environment.
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Essential Requirements:
All employees must hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (NPC).
- Working With Children Check, from relevant state authority, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- National Police Check, issued within 3 months prior to appointment and renewed annually.

Remuneration:
- Level 5 (AWCC Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025) $69,281 per annum plus superannuation.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday – 8.30 AM. to 4.36 PM.
- Annual Shutdown Period during Christmas/New Year period (Dec/Jan,10 A/L days).
