About the role

Lindric Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers in a warm and welcoming manner

Taking customer orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen

Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset promptly

Assisting with stocking and maintaining the bar and service areas

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries or concerns

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to deliver high-quality service

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic and adaptable with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and best practices

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
