We are advertising on behalf of our client “South of Perth Yacht Club”. We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidates to join a vibrant, hospitality or leisure industry.

The Role:

As the Duty Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all club operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests. You will oversee staff, maintain operational standards, and uphold the exceptional customer service our members expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all club activities, from waterfront operations to bar and restaurant services, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent service delivery.

Lead, motivate, and manage club staff, providing guidance and ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Act as a primary point of contact, addressing member queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

Monitor the efficiency of all processes, maintain facilities, and ensure compliance with club policies and health and safety regulations.

Support staff development and training to ensure a motivated, efficient, and highly skilled team.

Experience and Requirements:

2+ years experience

Proven experience in a similar supervisory or management role within the hospitality or leisure industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
