About the Role
As an Associate Engineer, you will:

• Lead and deliver engineering solutions for medium to large-scale projects.
• Produce designs, documentation, specifications, and reports to meet client requirements.
• Manage project scheduling, resourcing, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing the consultancy in a professional manner.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Codes, policies, and WHS practices.
• Contribute to the overall management and profitability of projects.

About You
You will be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
• Chartered status (CPEng) and membership with Engineers Australia.
• Several years’ experience in a similar engineering role (Senior Engineers typically 8+ years).
• Experience in a consulting environment is ideal.
• Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Commitment to continual professional development.
