About the Role:

Briones Group is currently seeking qualified Boilermakers to join our crew for immediate start in the Bowen Basin. We're looking for trade-qualified, enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a team environment but are equally confident working independently. A strong commitment to safety, along with a passion for delivering high-quality work, is essential.

Job Requirements:

Valid License

Trade Certificate

Standard 11

Coal Board Medical

Working at Heights, Confined space, Gas test atmospheres

White Card (if applicable)

High Risk Licenses such as EWP, Forklift, or Crane Operation (if applicable)

First Aid Certificate (if applicable)

In Addition, you will need:

Proven experience in mining shutdowns, construction, or heavy maintenance environments.

A proactive approach to personal and team safety in high-risk environments.

Familiarity with Hazard Identification and Risk Management.

Strong understanding and adherence to Risk Assessment and Permit to Work processes.

Understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety protocols specific to mining.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to support a strong, collaborative team culture.

A solid work ethic with a commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.

Strong physical fitness to meet the demands of shutdown work.
