Our Client is a stable & long-standing commercial builder and interiors D&C specialist with state of the art office and design team in Melbourne. They have been in operation for over 20+ years and have grown steadily in that time. They target projects ranging in value from $500K - $5M across CBD and inner suburbs.

They have recently secured two projects. One is a high level blue chip office fitout project spanning over 2 full floors in Melbourne's CBD and are looking for an experienced site manager to deliver. The other is a medical facility with specialised radiology equipment.

To be considered you must have extensive previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial fitout projects. You will be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry with a can-do attitude, present well and a proven ability to manage vacant as well as live-environment projects. The client will be present one one of these projects, so we must have a good people person and someone who can communicate well with all stakeholders. Having health / laboratory experience would be an advantage.

This role will start on contract and could go permanent of you fit in and do well. In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position from one of the best employers in the industry and the chance to work in and around Melbourne's inner suburbs. Salary will be flexible depending on experience with a range of $120,000 - $130,000 + super.
