The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll run residential renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to our high quality standards.

You will:

Lead and coordinate carpentry teams and trades onsite

Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across projects

Plan and schedule site activities to meet stage targets

Communicate with architects, surveyors, and clients

Run regular site meetings and manage client relationships

Manage reporting, timesheets, and scheduling in project systems

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

A qualified carpenter (Cert III Carpentry) with 4+ years trade experience

Experienced in residential construction, ideally in renovations/extensions

Confident managing trades and stakeholders onsite

A strong communicator and problem-solver who can think on your feet

Organised, with solid time management skills and attention to detail

Licensed (White Card + Full VIC Driver’s Licence) with your own tools & transport

Bonus points if you’ve used project platforms (BuildXact, Asana, Procore etc.)
