About us

We started our restaurant in December 2020 with the goal to provide our seaside town and visitors the highest quality pizza in a relaxed atmosphere. We have also opened a cafe next door and are open Tuesday to Sunday, cafe 7-2 and pizza 4-830. We will train the correct person our recipes and secrets and support them when needed, especially through the busy holiday times. We look forward to having you on the team.

Qualifications & experience

Food Handling Certificate (not required to start, must be willing to obtain)

Food Preparation Skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Preparation of ingredients for pizza including making dough, cutting and roasting vegetables, slicing meats, making sauces

Role is Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 3:30pm

Morning set up, floor mats, bins and umbrellas

Must be able to communicate with customers, answering phone for bookings and walk ins

Washing dishes and leaving the kitchen ready for service

Stock control and ordering (we will help set this up)

Set up of pizza fridge and finishing fridge

Support cafe crew if needed
