The Farming Operation

Noongaburra Farm is just 12 kilometres from the welcoming town of Hay, set along the scenic Murrumbidgee River. The property supports a diverse and productive agricultural operation, typically growing 1,000 hectares of irrigated summer crops and 1,500 to 2,000 hectares of irrigated winter crops. It also includes 184 hectares planted with 90,000 pistachio trees at various stages of maturity, with the first harvest approaching. This role offers a mix of variety and challenge, with the chance to contribute to a business that values initiative, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar role.

• A confident leader with a mature, balanced, and collaborative approach.

• Proven experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related discipline (highly regarded).

• Skilled in tree establishment and training.
