Skilled Labourers – Shed & Farm Construction (Boyanup, WA)

We’re looking for experienced and motivated labourers to join our team working on shed and farm construction projects. This role suits practical, capable people who can get the job done — pay is above award and negotiable to match your output and ability.

Candidates must have a minimum of twelve months’ experience in construction or general labouring, more is preferred.

Higher rates for welding, fabrication, or machinery operation

Reliability and initiative are rewarded alongside technical skills

This position offers steady work for an initial 4 month project, with a strong likelihood of ongoing work on a 12-month follow-on build immediately after.

Work Includes

Installing mesh flooring in feed sheds

Basic carpentry and construction tasks

Manufacturing and installing permanent steel fencing

Building and setting up livestock feeders

Concreting and site preparation

48 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Minimum Skills Required

Accurate use of a tape measure

Experience with cordless tools, drills, and grinders

Physically fit and reliable

Able to follow detailed instructions in English

Valid Australian work rights

Desirable Skills

Welding (mild steel)

Forklift and/or telehandler operation

Fabrication or manufacturing experience

Carpentry
