About the role

Roof Ninjas are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our construction team in Webberton, WA. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing general site support and assisting our skilled tradespeople in completing various construction tasks.

What you'll be doing

Performing manual labour duties on construction sites, such as loading/unloading materials, cleaning and maintaining the work area, and assisting with the setup and packing up of equipment

Following instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner

Maintaining a high standard of safety and quality control on site

Participating in regular toolbox talks and safety briefings

Ensuring all work is carried out as instructed

What we're looking for

Experience as a construction labourer or in a similar manual labour role

Minimum of 6-12 months construction labourer experience is required

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required

Must have Driver License, Construction Card and Working at Heights

Must hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Must possess a basic Working at Heights certification
