Hours Per Week: 38 (Jobshare may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Midwife, you’ll deliver high-quality, individualised care to patients and their families, working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes. You’ll play a key role in supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.
In this role you will be:
Delivering safe, effective, and culturally respectful maternity care.
Advocating for patients and make appropriate referrals as needed.
Supervising and mentor students and junior staff.
Responding to changing patient needs and delegate care appropriately.
Managing resources efficiently while maintaining professional standards.

Selection Criteria
Previous relevant clinical experience in speciality.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development.
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team .
