Remuneration: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
The Registered Midwife is an integral part of the multidisciplinary maternity team providing woman centred care that is focused on the woman's individual needs, expectations and aspirations to achieve optimal birthing outcomes for women and their babies.

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated ability to practice in accordance with the Registered Midwife National Competency Standards, Code of Ethics for Midwives, and Code of Professional Conduct for Midwives (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia).
Recent midwifery experience including, antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care and lactation support and newborn care.
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
An understanding of woman centred and new born care and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality midwifery care and .
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability
