We teach kids, teens, and adults with disabilities and neurodiversities.
And we do it with glitter, grit, and good vibes only.

Here’s what we are:

Quirky. Loud. Sometimes crying in the sensory calm corner (it’s nice in there, okay?).

Open-hearted, open-minded, and endlessly creative.

Always looking for a new way to teach — whether it’s through dance, drama, or using a rubber chicken as a cue.

Obsessed with our students and the weird, hilarious, brilliant things they say.

Serious about inclusion, but not about taking ourselves too seriously.

What you’ll be doing:

Teaching a mix of jazz, musical theatre, contemporary, and movement classes.

Supporting our students to build confidence, connection, and killer dance moves.

Creating choreography and drilling routines — with lots of laughs along the way.

Sometimes winging it. Sometimes nailing it. Always showing up with heart.

Some classes are just for fun and fitness. Others are building towards big-time national performance opportunities. No two days are the same. Ever.

What we’re looking for:

Dance teaching experience (yes please)

Confidence around people with disabilities and neurodiversities — or a willingness to learn with our support

Good vibes, great classroom energy, and zero ego

WWCC + First Aid (or the ability to get them fast)

Bonus if you’ve worked in support work, inclusive education, or allied health

In return, we offer:

Casual hours: 2–3 hours per week in 2025, with the potential to increase to 5–10 hours per week in 2026 for the right person.

Most classes run between 10am–6pm.
Paid rehearsals, performance days & staff meetings
Ongoing training, support, and mentoring
