Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a proactive and innovative Enterprise Asset Management Systems Manager to lead the evolution of our TechnologyOne platform and drive smarter asset lifecycle planning across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities
As the EAMS Manager, you’ll:
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of our TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management System
Deliver system enhancements that improve data accuracy, usability, and compliance with the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF)
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Facilities, and external vendors to streamline workflows and integrations
Provide training, documentation, and support to empower users across the organisation
Develop dashboards and reports that support strategic planning and audit readiness
Skills and Experience Required
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Asset Management or Systems Administration
5+ years’ experience with TechnologyOne or similar platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP, InforEAM)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
Proven ability to lead system upgrades, streamline processes, and deliver user training
A commitment to continuous improvement, data governance, and regulatory compliance
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
