Salary - $76,000 - $85,000

The iconic Mustang Bar in Northbridge is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team. This role has a strong focus on the food side of the business, working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality meals and great service in a lively, welcoming environment.

We’re looking for someone passionate about food, menu development, and operational excellence.

• Experience using POS Systems
• Applicants need to be experienced in all aspects of running a venue. This is a hands on role assisting the Venue Manager. Everything from bar/food service, stock control & back of house financials.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on kitchen performance and food service.
• Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, food costing, and service coordination.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Assist with events and promotions that highlight our food offering.
