About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker / Loan Writer, you’ll manage your own pipeline of clients, helping them secure home, investment, and commercial finance solutions. You’ll be supported by an experienced team to ensure a smooth process from application through to settlement.

Your day-to-day will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Conducting client interviews and assessing borrowing capacity

Preparing loan applications and liaising with lenders through to settlement

Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations

Delivering exceptional service to build repeat and referral business

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in mortgage broking, lending, or banking

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)

Strong attention to detail and client service focus

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow
