About us
McGrath Port Stephens is looking for a vibrant and organised Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Our receptionists are called Front Office Managers and are the first person our guests and clients see and talk to; they are the most important part of our office.
You'll work in a team of three people in a busy real estate and holiday home office, doing all those little things that make our office world go round. You'll be outgoing and confident, with a contagious good energy that welcomes everyone to our office. This position involves working a three-week roster of two Saturdays, with a mid-week day off.
This position would suit someone who is keen on getting their foot in the door of the real estate industry, as this position acts as a training ground for property management and sales positions.
Qualifications & experience
Excellent telephone and speaking manner
Experience with Office365
Intermediate level proficiency in Office365 applications is required
Excellent attention to detail
Very well presented
Available to work Saturday's
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
Answering incoming calls & greeting visitors
Email management
Issuing & managing property keys
Maintaining office presentation including regular office cleaning duties
Ad-hoc tasks to assist property management & sales teams
