Well established motel in Northern Tasmania is seeking the services of an experienced Guest Room Attendant.

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they step into their room. This position is a physically demanding role with time constraints and requires a high level to detail, however, is very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day !

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meticulously clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Demonstrate attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens and toiletries

Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked and meet the expectations of our discerning guests

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests & your fellow colleagues

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Previous experience in motel cleaning and manual labour (highly desirable)

Flexible availability including week-ends

Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to work both solo and as part of a team

Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a bonus, but not essential - as we will provide training
