Gaming & Bar Attendants – Pembroke Hotel (Sorell, TAS)

The Pembroke Hotel is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Gaming & Bar Attendants to join our friendly team in Sorell.

We are looking for people who thrive in a busy hospitality environment and can deliver excellent customer service across our bistro, gaming lounge and main bar.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:

Providing exceptional service in the bar, bistro, gaming, and TAB/Tote areas

Handling cash and Keno transactions with accuracy

Monitoring and assisting with EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) operations

Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and gaming regulations

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patrons

What We're Looking For

Current RSA and RCG certification (essential)

Senior Keno writer experience

Minimum 6 months or less experience in Senior Keno writer duties is acceptable

EGM training/experience in gaming operations

Basic training only in EGM operations is sufficient

TAB/Tote operations experience highly regarded

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays

Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
