🐶🐱The Role:

As one of our Full-Time team members and representative, you'll be responsible for collecting deceased pets from Veterinary Clinics and private homes and delivering ashes to families. It's incredibly important that you're compassionate towards people who have recently lost their very important family member and understand how difficult the loss of a beloved pet can be.

🤝What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is not only professional and well-presented but also emotionally resilient, empathetic, and capable of supporting grieving families with sensitivity and care.

As part of this role, you’ll cover our business areas, including Brisbane, Ipswich, Redland Bay, and up to the southern Sunshine Coast. You must enjoy being on the road, as travel is a significant part of this position. Rest assured, the areas are thoughtfully divided among our representatives to ensure balance and efficiency.

⏰Hours:

Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, with coverage divided among Representatives. Due to the nature of the business, some days may require overtime, which is compensated at overtime rates.

Your roster will rotate, covering the following shift times:

8:00 am – 4:30 pm

8:30 am – 5:00 pm

9:00 am – 5:30 pm

10:00 am – 6:30 pm

We operate 7 days a week, so weekend shifts are required as part of the rotating schedule.

✅ What You Need to Have:

To succeed in this role, you must have a manual driver's license (clean record), be technologically savvy (somewhat), have excellent time management skills, and attention to detail. You must be fit and healthy, with a lot of heavy lifting required (must be able to lift 25kgs comfortably) and be comfortable driving a large portion of the day.
