About the Role:

HTS Constructions is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our site-based team in the Northern Territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As part of the established E&I team, you'll be overseeing electricians, leading hands, and E&I Technicians. You'll be working with multi-disciplinary teams to complete surface works, including LV, HV and terminations.

This is a FIFO position (2:2 roster), 12 hour days, with direct flights to site available out of Brisbane, Perth, Darwin and Alice Springs only.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities, including low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) works.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.

Provide leadership and support to electricians, leading hands, and others trades.

Assist in scheduling work to meet project timelines and milestones.

Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a strong safety culture on-site.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during installation, testing, and commissioning.

Ensure accurate documentation of work completed, including compliance and quality checks.

Skills and Experience:

Electrical Workers' Licence (essential) - NT preferred.

Minimum 4 years experience in electrical supervision roles.

Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to lead and coordinate teams in a fast-paced work environment.

Current Driver’s Licence.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
