OneStep Wellbeing is a registered NDIS and mental health provider delivering inclusive, person-centred supports across Victoria, NSW, and QLD.
Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Counselling.

We're expanding our OT team to meet growing demand and are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join us.

The Role

You'll support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live independently.
This role offers flexibility and a supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and reports

Complete SIL/SDA housing assessments and recommendations

Deliver ongoing therapy sessions (clinic, community, or Telehealth)

Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain quality documentation and reports aligned with NDIS standards

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration (current)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

ABN (if contractor)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy (new graduates welcome to apply)
