A respected Australian food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead its customer service and business support team based in Bendigo.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, you will oversee sales order processing, pricing and promotions, and the delivery of superior customer service across national accounts. You will manage a small, capable team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent communication across departments.
The role suits a hands-on leader who is organised, system-focused, and confident in managing people and processes. Strong Excel skills and experience working within ERP environments are essential.
