Salary Range: $94,344.33 - $102,835.20 plus superannuation & leave loading

Campaspe Shire is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead as the Business Support Team Leader within our Planning and Building Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, solution oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, mentors and develops others, and collaborates effectively to deliver high quality support across a diverse portfolio of planning and building services.

Duties include (but are not limited to)

• Provide timely, appropriate and efficient advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the administration and business support team.
• Actively identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• To oversee the efficient and effective operations of administration and support.

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Tertiary qualification or extensive relevant experience in administration, business support or similar field.
• Supervision and management of staff.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check.
