About Us

Clarke Fencing Pty Ltd is a long-established Sydney fencing and fabrication company, based in Matraville. We specialise in chainwire fencing, gates, and structural steelwork for commercial, government and civil projects.

We are looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our workshop team on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Welder / Fabricator you will:

• MIG weld galvanised pipe and fabricate chainwire gate frames

• Cut, grind, prep and assemble posts, rails and gates

• Work from shop drawings and measurements

• Contribute to workshop production and occasional site work

• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you’ll have:

• MIG welding experience (mild steel / galvanised pipe)

• Ability to read and follow shop drawings

• Reliable, punctual, and good work ethic

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver’s licence preferred
