About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Campbellfield office. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and face of Advanced Seed, assisting customers, supporting our sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via phone, email, and in person

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Assist with freight invoice entry and general administration tasks

Support the sales team with data entry and general assistance

Update our website with new products, pricing, and product descriptions

Perform other general customer service and office duties as required

About You

Previous experience in customer service or administration (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and good organisational ability

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help others
