About the role

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Concrete All-Rounder with experience across all areas of concreting. You'll be involved in every stage of the process - from formwork and steel fixing to pouring, finishing, and site preparation. This role suits someone who takes pride in producing quality results, enjoys working outdoors, and thrives in a team environment.

About YOU

Are you a skilled and dedicated specialised concreter with extensive experience across a range of complex concrete works including slab infills, structural pours, detailed formwork, reinforcement, and high-spec finishes. You will have worked on commercial projects, consistently delivering quality workmanship under tight deadlines. With a strong understanding of site safety protocols, technical drawings, and the full concreting process from preparation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of concreting including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, and patching
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accuracy on-site
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all WHS procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in concreting or construction
• experience in formwork installation for slabs on ground and be able to tie reinforcement
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• White Card essential; current driver's licence required
• Additional tickets (e.g. excavator, forklift, HR licence) highly regarded
