Next Tier Innovations Pty Ltd was established in 2021 with a strong focus within the infrastructure and construction sector within Sydney. We specialise in Concrete repairs, Crack injections and Concrete Protective Coatings. At Next Tier Innovations, safety is our priority when it comes to our work.

We have multiple opportunities for various roles to join our rapidly growing team.

About the available roles:

We have the following range of opportunities available:

EWP Labourers and Spotters

Demolition labourers

Crack Injection Technicians – Required to have experience with Acrylic, polyurethane (PU) and epoxy injection.

Concrete remediation Technicians (Patching) – Concrete spalling, repairs experience required.

Protective coating technicians Spray unit application (willing and able to undertake above rolls when required.

Skills Required:

EWP and or Working at Heights

Happy to get involved learning new skills

Hard working and dedicated.

Understanding of safety requirements

Presentable manner (May be required to be clean shaven and willing to do so)

Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
