Join a leading agribusiness for the grain harvest season as a Grain Handler/Loader Operator based in Bogan Gate, NSW. where you'll play a key part in handling and loading grain during a busy harvest season. This is a physical, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys working in a team, has good communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Grain Handler/Loader Operator, you'll ensure safe and efficient grain movements across multiple sites. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Operating grain handling equipment such as loaders, conveyors, and elevators to load and unload grain
• Maintaining equipment, conducting routine checks, and reporting any quality issues
• Following all site safety procedures and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations
• Performing manual handling tasks including sweeping, shovelling, and maintaining bunkers

Your Skills & Experience

You'll bring hands-on machinery experience and a practical, can-do attitude. To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to work across sites, with shift work as required
• Clear communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and safety
